    Default What file do I need to edit

    In order to halve the speed of units in the battle map? They are too fast and I want to slow them down a bit.

    See this thread about unit speed.

    So unfortunately you can't just modify the movement speed of the units without affecting the speed of their attack animations. Lower speed should then means lower casualties for the battles...
    Althought maybe if you tweak the missile accuracy and mele hit rate values in the battle_config.xml file (increasing them) you could find a setting that suits you.

    Thanks. That is actually all right. maybe I will start with 0.8 or something and take it from there. Should I wish to hasten the, say, bow firing animation, how could I do it? I mean, EB edited the animations so I assume it should be possible.

    Anyone know of a good animation edit tutorial? Or at least the program i can use to open animations.
