Release canditate launcher?

I have troubles getting some submods to work and the DEI steam collection recommends going into steam and under the beta tab change to ''release candidate launcher''
But I can only see launcher_openbeta and several patch options like ''patch_19'' etc.

Have I done something incorrect or am I looking in the wrong area?

use mitch manager and you won't have any problem

They removed that option recently for ..lets politely say unknown reasons. Anyway, it used to be great for those with new launcher issues.

Ah, how strange. Yeah I thought it was just something I missed, well then I know.
Thank you jake, I googled mod managers but only got very old ones, missed the Mitch manager, I'll try it out!
