The world has seen different approches in portraying the women in the art troughout the history, from classical greek sculpture and reneissance art to Picaso and Holywood. What does it states about culture and taste of the artists/sculptors and which is your favorite? Is it little bit fat girls with round, classical forms in XVII century or "always on diet girl" in XXI century? I am interested what do you think, what is more esthetic, classical or modern.
Fore example, I like women of classical forms (made by reneissance painters) - women "with a little meat on them". I finde modern taste for skinny women with fake boobs and thick layer of makeup little bit outrageous.

I prefer women who are natural looking. So yes a little meat on them is what I fancy, but not FAT for goodness sake... "moderation" ladies and gentlemen

you mean the fat people mate?

I like moderate girls who are natural too. I prefer teh old style myself in turns of form. Naked, hot and beautiful scenery

No I didn't meant fat girls, have you ever seen Rubens paintings (The Union of Earth and Water for example), if you have, you know what I mean.

We do, we have just changed mediums.

You'll never find another new Ruben because no artist is exactly alike. Our art styles have certainly changed over time, and everything we currently produce reflects that. However, there are many amazing artists that follow classical style in their art.

On that note, I really enjoy the idealism-realism in digital art - realistic anatomy and proportion but idealized into forms of perfection. That would be the XXI century girl that isnt on a diet, which is quite common.

In art a woman's figure can be very appealing.

Unless of course, it is painted by Michelangelo Buanarotti
