Default Are Revolutions in Empire/Napoleon Done Via Script?

I'm checking the files and wondering how to do Revolutions in Empire/Napoleon. If they are done by script, then I might be able to replicate the script so that it can be done in Shogun 2. If not... welllll, I'd just like to know how they're implemented in code.

There are probably ways to do it via script, even if it is to bump unrest.

Where is the script though? I can't find it in scripting.lua
