Graphical bug

So, my computer had some kind of video memory error and had to restart right as I launched the game and afterward this started happening.

It wasn't happening before that computer error occurred. I've deleted all mods and even completely reinstalled the game, but it's still happening. Any idea what could be causing this?

Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this thread. I haven't frequented TWC in a good number of years and recalled there being a subforum for technical issues, but can't seem to find it.

I think they are hardware related honestly, monitor or graphic card
try setting everything at minimum
do you have the same thing for other games too?

Everything's already at minimum.

I have Total War Attila, Rise of Nations, and GTA: San Andreas installed, and all run fine.

The one time I've seen something similar was when a capacitor blew on my video card, causing it to start throwing such errors whenever it warmed up from gaming. That would actually be consistent with the error, but then it would happen in every game.

Hmm...do you have laptop or desktop? It's very easy to open up a desktop to check the capacitors...

But it seems like if this was a hardware issue, it would be happening with all the games I have installed. I double checked just to be sure, but all other games run fine. It's just TWR2.
