    Default Loyalty / sabotage

Two basic game questions that I should know the answer to,,,but don't

Loyalty - I have got a 1 loyalty Ptolomeic family member. If I give him a city to govern he will surely go rebel. If I give him an army will he also rebel with that? Is there a way I can improve his loyalty or should I just exile him to a rock somewhere?

Sabotage - If my assassin damages an ememy building by 25/33% has this achieved anything? i.e. does the building stop being usable until it is repaired or am I wasting my time unless I use 3/4 assassins to all hit the building on the same turn to make it 100% damaged?

    Thanks for any answers

If you give the family member a city he won't rebel unless there will be a riot or revolt in the city itself...

About sabotage, the building should be unusable until repaired even with such a low damage...

You can put unloyal family members into settlements with Academy (and increase taxes if possible). This way you may bring up very good managers

Funny though, I always keep the taxes on VH and also play on VH/VH, always have happiness over 100%, very good governors too, their management stats really rocket off after a few levels have been gained (I have found Athens to be the best for this).

All buildings with less than 100% integrity are unusable, in my experience, with the exception of walls.

They all repair in one turn, however, so use multiple assasins to attack related structures. A coordinated assault upon temples and law buildings can force a revolt if the city is in enough unrest.

But then what will happen if you use like 5 assasins to destroy the governor's palace?
Kill a few men and you're a murderer,
    kill a million and you're a conquerer.

    Lowers happiness in settlements.
