Was Benny Urquidez better than Chuck Norris, Bill Wallace and Joe Lewis?

As far as I know, Chuck Norris didn't compete at full-contact karate nor in kick boxing. Only at point-karate. But Bill Wallace, Benny Urquidez and Joe Lewis did ( Don't confuse him with the boxer named Joe Louis. They are different persons )

Do you think Benny would have beaten all the 3 guys at full-contact karate or kick boxing?
I know there was a considerable weight difference among them:

Benny Urquidez was lightweight
Both Bill Wallace and Chuck Norris were middleweight
Joe Lewis was heavyweight

You should take into account that he never participated in full-contact karate nor in kick boxing. He compited in point-karate. You should distinguish it from full-contact karate/kick boxing. Here in this interview Joe Lewis who was the heavyweight world champion in kick boxing explained how point-karate was:

As to Chuck Norris, here you can read about his fights record ( He was a point fighter. He never fought in full contact matches ):

I disagree that he was the best American karate guy ever because he lost some matches. For example, even though he beat Joe Lewis in the first 3 matches they had ( all of them were point-karate matches. Remember they were different from full-contact matches ), Chuck Norris lost in the fourth match to Joe Lewis.
