RELEASED: RESTITVTOR ORBIS (BETA)
- Introduction -
Greetings, fans of INVASIO BARBARORVM!
The time has finally come to release a first version, a beta, of RESTITVTOR ORBIS. Since this is a beta, we want to make it clear that there's still some work and fine tuning left to be done. Due to health reasons, Joar have not been able to finish the 2D art, and as a consequence, this beta does not contain any of the announced features. Hopefully, we will have everything in place for the final release.

Please ensure that you have:
1- Clean 1.6 BI installation
2- Install
INVASIO BARBARORVM: RESTITVTOR ORBIS MOD SWITCHER

-INVASIO BARBARORVM: RESTITVTOR ORBIS MOD SWITCHER will install in your RTW folder.
-The INVASIO BARBARORVM: RESTITVTOR ORBIS is set up to install in this way:
C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War
-Short cut launcher icon is set up:
Target: "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeTW-BI.exe" -mod:RO -show_err -nm
Start in: "C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War"
- Any change to the installation patch will require the same installation patch change to the short cut launcher icon
TO CREATE SHORTCUT TO DESKTOP MANUALLY:
This is for people who may be experiencing problems with RO not loading the RO shortcut.
1. If the shortcut fails to materialise on your desktop or the path is incorrect in the "target" window, please try reloading the game first.
If this fails to solve the problem please follow the following instructions.
For those who have the RO Icon on their desktop:
- Right click on the RO Icon
- Select Properties
- In the target box, copy and paste the following:
-mod:RO -show_err -nm after RomeTW-BI.exe. Make sure you leave a space between .exe and -mod:RO -show_err -nm.
2. If there is no Icon on your desktop then please follow these instructions:
- Go the folder where RO has been installed.
- Right click on the BI.exe icon.
- Select "Send to Desktop"
- The BI.exe Icon should now be on your desktop.
- Right click on the Icon.
- Select Properties.
- In the target box, copy and paste the following:
-mod:RO -show_err -nm after RomeTW-BI.exe. Make sure you leave a space between .exe and -mod:RO -show_err -nm.
INVASIO BARBARORVM: RESTITVTOR ORBIS MOD RAR INSTALLER FOR STEAM VERSION

1. Download the IB - RESTITVTOR ORBIS RAR Install Version into any folder
2. Inside the IB - RESTITVTOR ORBIS folder copy and paste your RO folder to Steam/SteamApps/common/RomeTotalWar
3. Go to your Steam Library, right-click RTW and click Properties. Then click Set Launch Options and paste this in: RomeTW-BI.exe -nm -show_err -mod:RO and click OK.
4. When launching the game, be sure to chose the Barbarian Invasion path.
Alex.exe Add-On
