How to obtain map coordinates?

I want to place some new officers onto the map and I need the x and y coordinates for that. How do I get them?

Move your mouse to the desired point on the strat map.
Activate the console by pressing ~
type show_cursorstat
note down co-ordinates

Apparently, the game can't place two officers via startpos in the same castle, so I have to place one in the field if the faction has more officers than castles.

Well, yep, unfortunately in startpos can be only one commander per settlement/army, this is annoying
