Default Adding on to Spartacus Rises Mod, need some help

I started using pack file manager because I wanted to add to the mod Spartacus Rises. I wanted to add the following features:
    1. Lower Upkeep for all non-mercenary Servile units
    2. Replacing the option to "enslave" enemy soldiers with "terrorize," which greatly worsens relations with the enemy faction and improves morale of your army, at the cost of 50% of your movement next turn. Only for Servile Rebel faction.
    3. When a Servile army sacks an enemy settlement, instead of enslaving its population, it recruits Servile Recruits by liberating the settlement's slaves.
    4. Make it so the Servile faction can't have any slaves
    5. When besieging cities, servile recruits will appear within the city as AI reinforcements
    6. The slave faction is allied with the Servile Rebellion faction
So far, I've only managed to accomplish the first one. If you have experience with the pack file manager, can you give me some guidance on how to do any of the other 5 things? Help would be greatly appreciated.

It's pretty much complicated, can't say if you can actually do everything but you'll need scripting in most cases

Do you have any advice for how to get started in scripting?

Here, you have all the basic material you'll need for getting started
After you do a couple of working scripts then start checking existing scripts (vanilla, DeI, Testudo)

What you wanna do isn't novice style though
