    Good people of the Imperial City, welcome to the Are... no wait, wrong intro... Good people of the Curia, welcome to the next Phalera application! Now that we have laid Lord Oda to rest, it is time for me to submit to you Roma the Jester as a recipient for an absolutely deserved award.
