    Simply click through the installation - the installer will find the correct path. Unless you get #myProduct in the path there is no need for correction.

    I am not sure if the G5 economy script is what you mean - I added only the Meloo fix and it is included in that. Here is the version history (included in installation):

    You had mentioned that you had added it to the standalone Meloo Fix Installer, in the G5 Settlement Tweaks page, just checking that it was also packaged into the "all in one" Full SS version.

    It should not as files in the sub mod will override files in the main mod, apart from that all changes by Meloo are fixes, eg they address errors.

    Isn't it so weird that I play perfectly after first launch to 6.4 unless I exit and come back to continue or even start new campaign it crashes with this message

    Did you change settings with Stainless Steel's launcher before loading a save game?

    Or maybe clicked a good number of times on faction symbols or went back and forth between menu pages?

    Try to start a new campaign without making any changes and only click on the faction you want to play before starting the campaign - see if that works.

    Hey Gigantus, thx for the mod Its so great that it still has life in 2020.

    Im playing early campaign savage AI, BGR IV, limited activity, longer assimilation and 2 tpy. Im having real difficulty understanding the economy and why i suddenly go into debt. For eg playing as spain, turn 5 i take badjoz (sp) and my perfectly stable and slightly profitable economy is suddenly at -5000 and there is no reason for it. Its turn 5 i dont have enough army to cost that much, where is it going? Also i think wealth tax might be bugged. It comes on one turn and goes off the next all the while i go further and further into debt. I thought it was supposed to be on while the treasury is in the red? And if it was i would recover but it just keeps going off.

    You have certainly made it difficult, with those settings i have not managed to keep a stable empire with either spain or england past maybe 60 turns. I am experimenting with strategys Im pretty sure my last try with spain would have been sucessful but yeah.. turn 5 -5k. Help me understand where the money went pls, i have read byg manual but it doesnt really shed any light.

    I have not changed anything in the original Stainless Steel installation other then the Meloo fix - and that one doesn't do anything to the economy as far as I know. A look at the financial summary might give you an idea where the debit is coming from - I am guessing it's a scripted issue, best will be to ask in the general forum part about it as I am not familiar with all the scripts.

    I tried installing Battle for the Baltic over this, and it crashes while it's loading a new campaign. I tried reinstalling it, but it also didn't work the second time. I'm pretty good at installing mods, and I don't think I did anything wrong, but I'm not sure what the issue is.

    Please compress the log (system.log.txt in the game's main folder) and upload it here with a short description of the problem. I have subscribed now to that thread and will try to assist.

    So umm, what exactly happens if I pressed the SS setup before loading a saved game? I'm getting constant crashes right after this one battle, where I go through with all and can't get back out to the campaign map. i did press the SS setup exe but did not change a thing. Really appreciate if there is a recovery method.

    A number of files that get changed when you alter the set up are not save game compatible - but then your crash would be when trying to load the save game after altering the set up.

    It would appear that there are gaps in the numerical sequence of the quotes which might be the reason (crash at loading screen, eg at battle exit), try removing these files (keep them on your desktop) then try again:
    data\descr_quotes_lookup.txt
    text\quotes.txt
    text\quotes.string.bin

    Yea did that, now I'm getting fatal graphics error... also right at the end of the battle
