(BTW, Dwarves or Ered Luin player, prepare for a very long time waiting after you hit end turn. Thats becase you are last in turn order and its first turn, so after you AI/scripts will do some stuff that takes times...)

After further consideration i don't see it as an issue that the HE have access to a ship (or that they can build more). In fact every faction should be able to build ships and having a ship certainly doesn't make them invincible. (Siege engines exist for a reason)
