King Aragorn succeeded in reuniting many of the isolated lands. But there is no time to enjoy the peace in the new empire, war is upon us. The Orcs of Gundabad came down from their mountains and besieged the fortress of Fornost. It is the first test of the united Men of the West to show their courage to fight. Not without Gandalf they would have made it, but Gandalf inspired the men. "No matter what comes through those gates, you will stand your ground!" He told the Captain of the Fornost garrison. But before the Orcs managed to breach the defenses, Gandalf himself led an army against our foes and we forced them back! More Orcs that were on the way to war were slaughtered as well.

Victories are celebreated all around the empire, but there is little time to breathe. Orcs and Uruks from every direction are closing in on us. "Drink today men, but be on your guard tomorrow!"
