Model Crashing Game. Cant figure out why.

Greetings everyone,

I have been working on a model for a personal mod loosely based off the Sassanid Dihqan nobles. However, I have replaced swords with a spear, and made it a secondary weapon, however the game has been crashing every time I try to load the unit. I assigned bone vertices as well.

Can someone help me fix this unit so I can play with it without crashing? I have attached a RAR file with the model, dds textures, and the BMDB entry.

Its a private total conversion I am working on my free time (I have also used your cataphract mounts for the Byzantines, which I found in FA).

But I used material from Bulat Steel 2.1.5 and Caudillo87's excellent Byzantine/Khwarezm mod, and the spearholder is from The Great Conflicts (used by the Turcoman faction). The next thing I want to do is find Sassanian-styled shields. Although I am willing to use Indo-Persian shield textures if need be.
