Holy Federalist Papers Batman! The Democratic dominated DC Court of Appeals hearing on Judge Sullivan's actions went literally off the rails. I knew the court was handed a prickly situation with Sullivan's actions, but this goes into the realm of the surreal. The hypothetical questions asked by some of these judges has absolutely no analogy whatsoever to the actions of Comey's agents in the Flynn case.
Additionally, judge Sullivan took advise from politically aligned prosecutors that were not part of the trial. This was proven with the e-mails from the Watergate prosecutors. the court is now having to rule on whether a judge can assume the role of prosecutor. If it does it will certainly go to SCOTUS and be shot down like an errant drone.
The arguments can be read here, but be forewarned, it is about four hours of reading:
https://theconservativetreehouse.com...fith-retiring/
My prediction is that they will order the case dismissed, but with dissenting arguments that will be highly publicized by the left-wing media. I'm basing that on the screwy hypothetical situations presented by some of the judges.
Judge Sullivan's intentions should be clear to anyone whose been following this case. He wants to extend it beyond the election.

"We're nice mainly because we're rich and comfortable."
Trump appointed Sessions and Barr. And he has had 3 1/2 years to fire all of these no good very bad deep staters and bring in some true believers in Hillary's child labor colonies on Mars. So either:
1: Trump is lazy and couldn't be bothered to fix this obvious corruption that was a dire threat to his own administration, instead wasting his time thinking up insulting nicknames for anyone who he felt slighted by.
2: Trump is lying through his teeth.
Trump had Jeff sessions for the first three years. Part of Sessions' job was to insure that the DOJ was acting within the law. Sessions sat in the corner of his office holding a handkerchief, instead of overseeing his institution. That's the reason McCabe and others were able to get away with so much. Trump was pretty much stuck with Sessions until he could find a good enough reason to fire him.
What you're seeing with Barr is what should have happened in the first place.
You would resort to using such pathetic arguments to cook up a story in defense of the president if it was about Obama. Why are you doing it for Trump? Sessions was a Trump appointee. You claimed earlier that people at the DoJ were not Trump appointees. Then you tried to word it as if Trump didn't pick Sessions. He did. Why would you lie so blatantly?

I've noticed you like calling people liars. I never said Trump didn't appoint Sessions. I said Sessions didn't do his job. Going further, Sessions did not inform Trump that he was going to recuse himself from oversight of the FBI investigations. If he had, he knew Trump would not have picked him for the job.
You literally claimed earlier that Trump didn't pick DoJ appointees. Did you not? You did, and Trump did. I like calling out people's lies. Then you tried to deflect facts by saying "Trump had Jeff Sessions" and "Trump was pretty much stuck with Sessions" to attempt to distance Trump from making that pick. You wouldn't utilize such mental gymnastics if the president was Obama. Let's say this plainly. You're saying that Trump wouldn't pick Sessions if he knew Sessions wouldn't oversee the investigation into his campaign. Clearly, you have no problem with that.

Trump doesn’t need a reason to fire someone from his cabinet. They serve at the pleasure of the President.
Lets make that absolutely clear about Sessions right now. Trump wanted to keep him for some reason.

Let's think the unthinkable, let's do the undoable. Let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.
Looks like Mueller's team of Democrat prosecutors took the Hillary approach when it came to covering up their nefarious activities:
https://www.americanthinker.com/blog...and_calls.html
Phones are wiped and even destroyed as part of official policy.
Blaming the investigators won't work. It's not their fault that the Trump campaign was, and is, up to its badly spray tanned neck in Russian spies.
Uh, there were plenty of reason's why Trump's hands were tied concerning getting rid of Sessions. Of course to know those things you would have to go where they are reported. I saw lots of articles over the three year period that addressed this; none of them were in the left-wing media. I guess they just like to dumb things down so their audience can understand them.
Not when those phones were requested by the DOJ's OIG. I thought all the Dems were concerned about obstruction of justice.
Hmmm, it sure looks like the phones were requested in 2017 when the OIG was conducting its investigation; meaning the phones were still being used. Your assertion doesn't fit with the fact the agents themselves claimed to have "accidentally" wiped the phones by entering the wrong password. Imagine 25 phones all being wiped by over 20 agents who "accidentally" made the same mistake.
FBI line agent who worked on the Mueller investigation admits there was never any evidence of wrongdoing by Trump or Flynn and that the object of the investigation was to "get Trump':
https://justthenews.com/accountabili...lusion-mueller
Newly released emails show that FBI agents involved in the Trump collusion hoax and the Flynn investigation took out personal liability insurance because they were afraid of being sued or prosecuted for what they were engaged in. One of them correctly guessed it would take four years for their actions to be revealed:
https://www.americanthinker.com/blog...nce_fraud.html
This has been out a few days now, but I was holding back until more info would be released. It seems, however that the DOJ, namely the FBI under Wray, is dragging its feet as usual even though Trump ordered the documents released without redactions:
https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...ump-to-russia/
The meaning of this should be clear for people in the US who closely follow these things, but for our foreign friends I'll give an explanation.
First I'm sure everyone is aware of Watergate, but what they don't know is that Nixon had no knowledge of what was going on with the White House "plumbers". They were actually controlled by a cabinet member and were spying on the Democrat campaign. What got Nixon in trouble was that after he found out about it he tried to cover it up.
This instance with Hillary, Obama, and Company makes Watergate look like a Sunday School outing.
The head of the CIA was actually facilitating co-ordination between various parts of the government apparatus to actively aid the Hillary Campaign. It is illegal for anyone in the CIA to work in any sort of internal US policy, but here you have the head of the CIA supplying information to the FBI to go after a political candidate.
Integral to achieving that goal was to take out Flynn. Flynn had the experience and knowledge in the intelligence community to ferret out what was going on and he has been under a court ordered gag order since he was charged. In other words he can't say anything about what he knows until the trial is over...and the trial is not over until he is sentenced or the court closes the case.
Now here is what I've been wondering about since last fall when Flynn was arm twisted into pleading guilty. If everything were normal the judge would have sentenced him them, but didn't. It appeared that the judge intended to drag out the proceedings as long as possible. It has now become evident that the judge's intent was to hold off sentencing until after the election and keeping the gag order in place.
Unfortunately for the judge, Flynn got a new lawyer and she discovered that Flynn's law firm had a conflict of interest when they advised him to plead guilty. It seems the DOJ was arm twisting the law firm as well. His lawyer also discovered that the FBI withheld exculpatory evidence from Flynn's lawyers.
Even after all that has been presented the (Democrat) judge is still unwilling to close the case. He seems intent on keeping Flynn's mouth shut as long as possible (until after the election).
So for all those who are interested, that is where we stand in this travesty of justice.
Firstly, General Flynn remains under a court ordered gag order until his case is adjudicated. However, I would point out that he would have known most of the people in this documentary and in his position at the White House, along with his experience in the intelligence community, would have been able to ferret out what was going on. He had already stated that he intended to "clean up" some nefarious activities within the community. This is undoubtedly the reason he was targeted first by the Mueller team.
The woman that produced the video was arrested on a number of felony charges the day it was scheduled to be released, but because she was able to hire a prodigious defense team all the charges were dropped two days ago. Some of the people in the video were former members of the intelligence community who came out to talk about some of the things going on.
But hey, watch it and you decide what you think:

As I've said for some time, the judge in the Flynn case was trying to hold up the dismissal of the case until after the election.
Yesterday Trump granted Flynn a Presidential pardon. This is usually done in the last weeks of a presidency. I suspect the reason it was done is because Flynn is under a gag order from the judge. In other words the judge wanted to make sure Flynn was kept quiet until after the election. Presumably, the pardon lifts this restriction. It may be doubtful that Flynn says much publically, but he is free now to speak to anyone he pleases without consequences.
One thing the press hasn't spoken about is that an aide to Flynn was recently promoted to a high level position in the intelligence community. I don't think that was an accident.
Stay tuned.
Flynn’s also guilty.
