This scene is not what the rest of the movie is like, this is in the beginning. "Thats a hint." And yes, good deduction there, the plot involves the military. Do you have any ideas?

I have no idea, but just a hint to the others: while the logo is indeed "Department of the Army", the guys on the right side have what I think are French insignia on their shoulders (I know the French flag is vertical stripes, but the orientation of colors makes most sense for it to be French). So I would guess this is a Joint Operations Command base or something...

Its not pineapple express. I dont want to say too much just yet because this movie just cant be mistaken for any other if youve seen it, so its hard to pick a scene that doesnt give away everything.
