Let's see:

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
It's a HP movie but in that movie they never went there IIRC. I'll leave it open for a little more in case someone can come up it the right title.
This one?
Yeah, the 1st part.
Ok, my turn.

Could it be "War and Peace"? Seems to fit in with the kind of images (it's from half of 60's IIRC) and the dudes are wearing green uniforms

Good guess, but it isn't War and Peace.

Waterloo?
Another good guess, but it's not Waterloo either. You're both right that this is during the Napoleonic Wars as you can tell by their uniforms.

And there's Napoleon.

Here's one of the movie's scenes that's outside of the battlefield.

is this a Russian movie, by any chance?

Not Russian... It's from a NATO country.
Maybe a close-up shot will be more recognizable:

Wait, does she wear a watch?
I have no ideas why an ice cream would make it easier to identify the title, honestly

We have soon seen the entire movie in still pictures. I tried to do some searching but couldn't find a match.
I have no idea myself, but from the latest picture, I feel like this must be a movie about making a movie, or doing some sort of historical recreation, or maybe recalling the events. Because the latest image has on the left side what is obviously a guy wearing one of the old uniforms, with medals and all, but there are at least 2 digital watches in the shot. Something is fishy here![]()
Here's another close-up shot.
I'll post another hint sooner or later.
