I actually remembered a spinoff I played a while ago, Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Though I don't recall this specific dude it being a spinoff fits and the graphics look about right? Iirc it was the first game to have the spell in your hand thing Skyrim later did, and I think you could kick people? something like that.
