Last year in February after watching YouTube videos, we decided to cancel our flight to Hawaii. It turned out to be the right decision. Hawaii's airport closed down later on, and the lockdowns began there.

Covid does look like seasonal flu, which just has an ability to overwhelm hospitals. But during summertime almost no effect.

For me personally, it has affected minimally as I normally travel to mountains rather than crowded massive cities to sightsee. Challenging yourself is more fun.

To be honest I never traveled as much as since my second vaccination Mid-August. Since then, I have visited Egypt, Turkey, Croatia, Cyprus, Ukraine and Hungary. Best travel time of my life so far
And I have never gotten COVID - or I may did but did not feel it.

I've put off a trip to see family in the US three times since early 2020. June 2022 looks hopeful now.
