Looked a lot like Caesar 3, but something about the UI and building style is off. I think this could be Zeus: Master of Olympus instead.

Just download the game from GoG, they've made it compatible with Windows 7/10/11. Or if you already have a CD of the game and don't want to repurchase it just DL the GoG version of the game from a website and run that (I can Discord you a link to where it can be DL'd if you want).

I am not a fan of the pointless "guess all the installments until you get it right" ritual, so I'll call you the winner! This is Far Cry 5. So far has exceeded all expectations. The world is very interactive and with the fifth generation the game series has taken a more serious direction with not so many generic, arcadey missions pointless chores.

Now my brain cannot see it as a first-person game anymore, either!
