Roman names

So I'm trying to get a fav character elected right. He's in Spain and he needs to be in Rome next turn.
So I use the move character console
His name is Numerius Cornelius Scipio. So I type that in with the coordinates and no character recognized.
I use V instead of U as it looks like on the UI, not found.

So for the love of all the gods whats his name?

P.S I have also tried only his first and middle name, I've put in " marks etc

You need to have a read of the names.txt for Roman names, they do not look as they appear on-screen. They all have the surname of "Romanvs".
