Trying to get Radious Fire by Rank Mod workwith with Darthmod

supposed to just copy and paste the pak file from mod db into data folder but still not seeing the in game effects...

have also put it directly into the data folder for darthmod and still no luck

managed to get this to work a few years ago on a windows 7 comp with no problem

managed to get this to work on a windows 7 comp a few years ago with no problem - have noticed some issues with windows 10 installations so i wonder if it has some bearing on it
