I have no problems, as i use the Blue spruce as Christmas tree. Its needles are so sharp, the cats ignore the tree.

And for the lower branches of the tree in reach of curious paws i use plastic, but nice looking christmas balls.

I would have liked to commend Flinn on the funny and true comic strip, explain to Morticia how I did not know that there were blue spruces, and tell Flinn how funny that cat house thing is. And of course I wanted to catch another glimpse of Morticia's pussy cat, but not in this unfortunate way. But I guess we have to accept the fact that our non-human companions all come to an end just like us.

I feel sorry for your loss and hope that hunting is good where ever Sarina ended up. May her spirit live on in the generations of cats to come.

I'll never forget the first time I lost one of my dogs, there's worse in life of course, but it's still hard to cope with

Yeah losing a child, your parents, siblings or your partner would be worse, but what me had hit hard was her surprising death.

At least i could saying goodbye, as i took her of her plastic body bag bringing her to the crematory. She looked like sleeping...
