But in my opinion as it looks very phallic, it was a stone for fertility rites.

Ah that could be indeed, at first it made me think of a sun symbol, like the fact that it is standing could hint at it being a sort of sundial or used for calendar purposes. Interesting piece anyways

A sundial could also be, the original stood till 1970 in Irlich, as they recognize its archaeological value and it was transported into the archive.

Perhaps archaeologists should investigate the stone itself with new scientific methods (perhaps some now for the eye invisible graved symbols on it?).

Its one of the 3 celtic colums north of the Alps.#

We have much crows and raven crows here, in the castle garden of Koblenz, on my lunch refugium grove , even near my house in the park of castle Neuwied are some.
