What about a game of the like "Guess the artwork from the pic"? We have been using plenty of images of artwork in the guessing games at the Vestigia Vetustatis, but then it will be nice to see a new game where we actually guess the artwork (and maybe the author as well, when historically certified).

Thoughts?

Couldn't hurt to put it in the arts, would be nice to bring traffic there. And there's precedent given the ones in the history forum.

Might be a good idea to specify only paintings before a certain year or something, unless you're fine with modern stuff too.

I'm fine with everything, art is art and I won't certainly limit that to just paintings or statues

Can you write in the rules that using reverse image search makes you a failure as a human being and a disgrace to the community?

Well I'll be using the same sets of rules that we put up for the TGC games

- People are supposed to play fairly and to respect the other players and to do their best to ensure that the game keeps flowing. Blatant cheating, lack of respect, lack of input and so on and on might lead to the disqualification of the offending player for that round, this at the exclusive discretion of other players and/or Gaming Staff

Sadly I don't think anyone can prove that someone else has cheated if they go reverse searching, and I don't think anything can be done at all, that's why many of us actually put frames on the pics to avoid this.
