what about draw?- You are not allowed to lure an ambushing army a tile closer to bring it in range of more of your forces.

The King of the Orcs lies slain in the castle of Markarth. The Crowned Warriors are delighted with this victory. The King is happy to win the battle, for it was not an easy one. The Orcs resisted fiercely and the King was about to call off the attack. After a long march to the cold Northern lands, the King is happy to start the returnjourney to his sunny homelands. He was happy to help out his friends from the North, but he was criticized for it as well. What King abandons his homelands to come to the aid of his allies? It must be an extremely honorable or extremely foolish King! The difficult task of reconquering the Crowned homelands will now be the King's priority.

Orcs lie dead, they were simply a pawn in the greater scheme of the Aldmirie Dominion. A pawn always sacrificed to save the king.
