Thanks, Yeah, I will just set the default file name to be the name of the dds file, just with ".tga".

How is the sizing of the window/image? Now it simply sizes to the image size. Would it not be better it the texture was made to fit inside the current window size? Then you could resize the window to get a bigger image (while maintaining proper aspect ratio).

Also the batch conversion window could be a popup window instead of being inside the other window. maybe.
