Why is Empire Beginner's Guide inaccessible to new contributor

Prowling around the site, I saw a link in the Empire Portal to a Empire's Beginners Guide.

However, when I attempt to view it I get the message:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?

This seems to defeat the purpose of a "Beginners' Guide". Is there a specific reason why new contributors (those w/ less than 2 weeks and/or 25 posts) cannot view it?

No... that's nothing to do with you being a new contributor. It's because the link goes to a bit of the site you (and most other members) can't see. I'll let the Wiki Staff know the link is outdated.
