Keeping this real simple. All of the other tutorials ive read were written by people who's first language wasnt english, they were giving out unnecessary information etc. They got in the way.

I only want one thing answered. How do I make it possible for an existing unit to be buildable by another faction in the campaign game? Thats it. I dont want custom battles, nothing. How do I make a single ing aor unit buildable.

Off the top of my head, you need to

    1) Add your faction to the units owners in the export_descr_unit file
    2) Add your faction as an owner of the units textures within the descr_model_battle file
    3) Add your unit within an appropriate building your faction recruits troops from within the export_descr_buildings file
