Looking for Garrison Mod: Less Garrisons

Hey guys, I'm looking for a garrison mod that's compatible with AE that would decrease the garrison size for all the factions:

Rationale: more dynamic game overall, actual need to maintain more armies when your empire grows. Remember the days of Rome I (RSII), when you actually needed a dozen of legions to control the borders because of the leaderless 1 army units would always try to cross and because the garrison would not actually stop the advancing enemy armies for more than 1 turn? I think the latter may be possible in Attila too if the garrison sizes would be turned down.

If you know of a mod that may be compatible, or if you know how to adjust the garrison sizes with PFM > please let me know!

I dropped playing Fall of the Eagles, cause garrisons are op there compared to vanilla.
Playing for western roman empire was a pretty annoying defense simulator but with garrisons it just turned it into lil bit easier task, BUT NOT MORE INTERESTING one.
I stopped playing AE 1.2.2 cause it seems AI not doing too well.
Maybe removing garrisons at all is a good idea.
