    Default Proposal to re-enfranchise the Civitates

    Now that we are no longer under the thumb of a certain company I suggest we re-enfranchise the Civitates. For most of the history of the Curia they were able to vote here, it seems a dishonor to keep them from doing that now...

    Can anyone write this up in legalese for me?

    I don't think there's much point to this at present; correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there to be a new Syntagma shortly?

    No one knows whether there will be a new one at all? Why not discuss what you currently have rather than wait for something that might happen?

    I believe that's the third thread I've seen you make that statement in. Don't worry about any new Syntagma, which may or may not come.
