NTW3 v9.3 mod download & technical issues

Hello Lordz & Company. Any good recs for in-game music or drum/fife music mods that complement this mod? Unless my music just isn't working properly in this mod version (9.5)? Only thing I have is main menu music, everything else is radio silence or vanilla drummer in battle.

Been watching one of the YouTube videos regarding the installation of NTW3 in which he (TSJ) references a NTW3 v9.4 Hotfix. I cannot find this download anywhere on the MODDBB lists. The gentleman (TSJ) is American is this a case of "separated by a common language". Any help appreciated.

Ok guys. I have installed the mod. Pretty straight forward-extract into Napoleon folder. I have installed core 9.4, campaign files for 9.4 and upgraded with 9.5 patch. Now I have issues
1. I get ctd when I try to end my turn
2. Is it normal that I can not build ships in the docks? There is no naval recruitment tab. There is also no regular recruitment in cities, only the generals have this tab. May be general needs to be in the city for recruiting - can't check cause of...CTD
