Trait "Conqueror"

Hi Guys,
while fixing the triggers in the EDCT, I've come at the "Conqueror" trait. It was present only for Constantinople (and was somehow complicated or bugged - and actually doubled with the trait for KingsAuthority - a normal situation when you've got layers of modders adding their work not paying attention to the others).
I've fixed it, and added Kiev and Baghdad.
If somebody would make descriptions for a few other great medieval cities (esp. Jerusalem, Cordoba, Rome, perhaps Santiago, Merv, Cairo, Mecca, Paris, London), I could accomodate it and create more.
(for the balancing purposes the benefits should stay really as in the other cases. I'd also delete a similar triggers for KingsAuthority).
