Default Preserving a World - Ancillary Editor by Vercingetorix

IntroductionThe other day I was approached by a fellow modder if I knew of an alternative ancillary editor for RTW. Upon inquiring it appeared that the editor by Vercingetorix wasn't working anymore on the newer OS's.
The problem were missing DLL files and I was able to remedy the issue by adding those files to the download here and now the application appears to be working fine:

InstallationSimply unzip\extract the download into a folder of your choice (7Zip is freeware). It is recommended to create a sub folder in the RTW main folder for easy access)
No further action is required: the additional DLL files have to remain in the same folder as the executable file of the application.
General StuffI have not been able to find a thread about this editor on TWC other then an archived frontpage article where the link in it ends up as general form view.

Any information\reference concerning this tool is highly appreciated.
CreditsAll credit for this tool goes to Vercingetorix.

When you uploaded this, did you pin it on TWC Download?

No, I only added the DLL files to the original download and some text to the description.

I think you should pin it, just to get it easier for people to find it.

I did that with the raw data files for both ETW and NTW.

Shouldn't be a problem if you have the original code. Right now it won't work for M2TW because of the additional default entries (type, transferable) by the looks of it.

Holy . This is great stuff. Whenever I around with ancillaries, I do it manually. I didn't even know these sorts of programs existed.

Are there any other such programs (like, one for traits, or something)?

    Thanks very much.

Squid's ancillary\trait validator comes to mind as well as his script checker. In general simply trawl the relevant tutorial forums for tools\editors.

TWC Download has the most tools available, but I'm not sure if other modding tools are hosted elsewhere. So, if you can't find a tool on TWC Download then search for it with Google.
