    Default Moderator Elections

I'll be short to the point.

Hex announces that there is a need for moderator

Hex cuts the list to double the amount need(two spots, Hex limits it to four.) Obviously this is not set, just a general approximation

Curia votes, any form of advertising yourself is against the rules

The winner becomes moderator. Sure hex could veto, but surely they would do that when making the people for the poll.

*This is for Imb/Hex to decide but im just putting it out there how Id like things to be.

**I dont think there should be any hex elections, but when a new hex spot opens an announcement should be made in the curia with the Curia told to PM any relevant info to hex. This way Curia does not decide hex at all, but they do get the chance to give input that should at least be considered.

Seem simple enough to me. I demonstrated why it is imperative that moderator elections take place in other threads.
The beauty of the Second Amendment is that it will not be used until they try and take it away.

I support Mod elections but would like to propose the use of a CV oe some sort of formal application.
Well, if I, Belisarius, the Black Prince, and you all agree on something, I really don't think there can be any further discussion.

    Edit -

now I'm not in Hex I can say what I think, lol

Modeator elections are a sideshow, a distraction. The Curia is much, much more improtant than this, we should be looking at ways to improve the Curia, include all membeship in its debates, expand TWC etc etc. How staff runs or who is on it matters little when compared to this (particularly since we now have a sympathtic owner).
