RMEditor can extract models+animations (for 3ds+ maya) from all TW games from Rome2 forward, find and unpack textures, edit texture paths inside .rigid_model_v2 files, render models with textures and lighting so it looks sort of like in-game. It can also export a list of bone names as a .txt file. This is is NOT a complete bone_table, but with some creative editing it could MAYBE become one.

WH2 support was just added a few days ago.

If you need, then I can drop you files from Napoleon: Total War; data.pack, rigidmodels.pack, variantmodels.pack, variantmodels2.pack.
I really hope that you can decrypt files from Empire / Napoleon: Total War games.

And yes, I do intend to support the older games, as soon as this program is reasonably stable I have already gathered info on how the older formats work.
