Piqueiros ("Pikemen"):
Aventureiros ("Adventurers"): A pike unit, just like vanilla. I made a "knightly" variant as well as a model more in-line with their vanilla appearance.
Escudeiros ("Shieldbearers"):
Montanteiros ("Longswordsmen"): The
montante is a Portuguese sword that wasn't used much on the battlefield, but I decided to make a unit using it anyway.
Besteiros ("Crossbowmen"):
Arcabuzeiros/Mosqueteiros ("Arquebusiers"/"Musketeers"):
Lanceiros ("Lancers"):
Encubertados ("Covered"):
Besteiros Montados ("Mounted Crossbowmen"): Alternatively, you could call them Cranequiniers, which would refer to men using cranequins (cavalry crossbows). Cranequinier is a French word though.
Couraceiros ("Cuirassiers"):
Dragões ("Dragoons"): Proper dragoons technically didn't exist until the 1600s, but the Portuguese (and Spanish) did use mounted arquebusiers in South America during the 1500s.
