1, 3, and 4. A minor correction, i may do that for a long term
2. That are inspired by some of your artwork, those are look old. Maybe you draw it by mistake back then?
They look very good , keep the good work umbra!
@umbracatervae: I want to congratulate you on the quality of your work !!! Our friend Khevsur is very picky about the details, but your work already brings another vision of the Georgia faction that it did not have until then. That's great !
Maybe leg and forearm protections should only appear after upgrading armor ?
In any case, I would integrate your new units in the mod with pleasure when you judge with Khevsur that they are ready.
kostic
The details create historical accuracy and original visuals.
In the period 900-1350 in Georgia was only chain mail protection of the leg and wrist .
He and I agreed, we just work together.umbracatervae777 -

Pay attention that the final output won't be 100% accurate due to engine limitations and probably gameplay tweaks. But i'm trying to be closely accurate as i can.
I'm really interested in the Foot Aznauri! This is a unit we lack in the SSHIP: foot version of the noble unit.
Another unit that's lacking are the highlanders armed with axes without any armour. Cheap light units, made out of ordinary people coming from the mountains. Perhaps the name would be Glekhi. It doesn't exist but we need it.
In my opinion the highlanders were more accustomed to axes. From the point of view of the mod: we have Metsikhovne unit armed with spears, but no unit armed with axes. The distinction between primary and secondary weapon is a bit blurry in practice of the Medieval 2 engine. It does make sense for the missiles (bows + knifes, or crossbows + swords) but little when a unit has both weapons for the melee.
So I'd go for the axes.

Of course it is difficult to be 100% accurate, we only need elementary accuracy.
I agree with you about the peasants.
Jurand of Cracow
So much the better- highlanders were who they are. Medium infantry - Professional fencers, with swords and small shields. some with Chain-mail light armor, some with fur hat and fur vest. highlander were not peasants,They were free warrior people. They did not look like the Scottish Highlander axemans. The highlander warrior is a Georgian medieval warrior face, please do not distort it.
also Svanian Warriors Are without armor and short spear
Peasant light spearmens and pesant archers is not enough? Georgian peasants used spears to stop Asian cavalry and used bows.
You can add twohanded short spears and add twohanded axes for Peasants

There're no Peasant light spearmen in game, and I we need a kind of such unit. I think it should be armed with axes. I may not be called highlander. For one- or two-handed axes, watch this video. Very insightful for all times.
I'm probably choose axe, and give Glekhi an axe like this (picture on top). Since spear militia unit already covered by Metsikhovne Spearmen

In picture Is painted rebellious people
Create:
Peasant Spearmen with Shields , With average length and wide Blade Spears
Peasant Archers, with bow and dagger
Peasant Axemans , with two handed axes
umbracatervae777
These are axes of the late period 16th-17th c , These are household tools
according to Georgian military historian Mamuka Tsurtsumia - medieval georgian axes were two handed and It looked like the axes of the Varangians. Georgians had contact with the Varangians and the Vikings . Once the Georgians defeated the Vikings
