HELP - I can't embark my troops in ships

Make sure you have your fleet in the right spot along the coast. Select any unit and see if it has movement into your fleet without moving it of course.

How close is this unit to the coast and to the ship?

Look for the HCS export_descr_units.txt file. Then, look for this unit that you said, then be sure that it has sea_faring attribute on attribute line. Sea_faring is what allow units to embark and disembark. But maybe HCS modders made that for any rason... is this the only unit that is not allowed to embark?
