"Fret not, not a single enemy will set a foot within these lands"

Richard said. He supposed Bohemond would eventually gather troops from their own homelands back in Italy..

Guy bows after the guard left to return to his post. "Your highness, I come to report that since news of the Crusaders' victory to the south, we have had an increase of merchants come into St.Symeon and Laodicea, with some also going to Alexandrette and Posidieum as well. Hopefully this shall mean our supply situations shall be secure for any future campaigns and reinforcements may arrive from the west." Guy pauses for a moment. "Have our kinsmen returned from Jerusalem yet?"

“They have returned, yes. I made clear my intention to return west to gather men and wealth to assist in our campaigns here. In the meantime, you and they shall look to our defences. I sent Tancred to treat with the Cilicians.”

    Replied Bohemond, with a nod.

“We shall make war upon Aleppo, in the meantime. The City of Hazart must be taken, and I charge you and Richard with leading our armies there.”

An expression of relief crosses Guy's face at the news of the other de Hautveilles returning, as he had begin to think they may of remained in Jerusalem as vassals to lord of Jerusalem. He then nods, there was limited to no local support, Antioch was surrounded by hostile powers, so the main source of any reinforcements would likely be Europe. "It shall be done, your highness..and I shall pray you have a safe journey to Europe."

"Of course, your highness. I shall begin preparations for the campaign with all haste."
