Make Norway a horde faction

Can some one explain how to make a faction as Norway a horde faction?
So they will not need a settlement,but they will just roaming the map or a specific place as nomads with different objectives?

Do they always need an event to be spwaned in the campign?
Do they need a certain AI behavior to be horde?

The present guides are not enough for a complete implementation...

It seems that all a faction needs to be a horde is to have the necessary lines in descr_sm_factions so that their horde army will spawn correctly. You can use "normal" data for the faction in descr_strat (DS), you do not need a certain AI type. And, contrary to that one guide, you do not need anything at all in campaign_script (CS), you do not need a special event to spawn the horde.

Let's say norway is a regular starting faction on the map. As far as I know, all they need is the descr_sm_factions data and they will turn into a horde if they lose all their settlements but still have family members on the map. Now, if you want to make them an emergent horde, that is something else. They will need an appropriate descr_strat tag such as dead_until_resurrected, no other data in descr_strat (no regions, no armies), no spawns in CS until you want them to emerge. To emerge the horde you simply use spawn_army to spawn a family member in CS. You can also emerge non-horde factions in the same way so long as you give them a region (auto_win or give_everything_to_faction) on the same turn so they don't die for lack of regions.
