The primary black male witness against the white female former cop who murdered a black man in his own home, has been found dead. Multiple gunshot wounds reported. Naturally, the murmurings are that police colleagues of the female former cop did the deed which makes investigating the murder especially precarious:
Slaying of Joshua Brown, Botham Jean's neighbor, draws widespread speculation but few details from police

The timing of Brown's death has raised questions about whether the shooting was tied to his testimony during Amber Guyger's murder trial

News that Joshua Brown, a key witness in Amber Guyger's murder trial, was fatally shot Friday night drew national interest and concern, as it was only Wednesday that jurors had sent her to prison for 10 years. But two days after Brown's slaying, Dallas police had released little information about their investigation of his death.
The Police Department confirmed Sunday afternoon that the 28-year-old Brown was the victim whom officers found about 10:30 p.m. Friday with multiple gunshot wounds to his lower body. Police spokesman Sgt. Warren Mitchell said Saturday, before Brown had been publicly identified, that the victim died at Parkland Memorial Hospital.
The timing of Brown's death has raised public speculation about whether the shooting was tied to his testimony.

Against the backdrop of swift social media reaction to the news of BrownÂ’s death, DallasÂ’ elected leaders, including Mayor Eric Johnson, urged patience as the investigation plays out.

In a statement Sunday afternoon on Twitter, Johnson said he trusts the Police Department to investigate thoroughly.

Naturally, this follows a pattern of the mainly white dominated power structure in america, murdering coloured folk when they get out of line; this is real Mississipi Burning , but such murders are par for the course in a white dominated america that is ever fearful of organised black resistance, be it from the Black Panthers to BLM.

The only way for blacks to feel safe in the caste structure of 21st century america is with their own state since the white establishment is committed to their genocide.

Perhaps but it doesn't explain why an overwhelming proportion of black youths gunned down by police always have sprinklings of crack over themselves, as Chapelle once remarked.

When it comes to the Joshua Brown case, the elephant in the room is that the police department is the prime suspect and potential culprit; they have means and motive for the murder since one of their own was going to get canned and have the book thrown at her (a youngish white woman at that too!!) and this guy happened to be the star witness.

And when you couple all of that with the record of police on black murders and framings and the FBI's role in disrupting the BlackPanthers, BLM or any other black identitarian movement that gets too powerful, it's obvious that the white dominated government of the US is conducting a low level intensity war of genocide against the black community.

Black America appears unconvinced but the situation looks unstable; every couple of years, you have black identitarian movements that threaten american social cohesion, which is why the FBI tends to target and 'suicide' the ringleaders, much like they did with the Black Panthers and BLM.

The article is full of swear words so english people should beware (trigger warning!), for a renowned publication like The Root, but it merely expresses the rage that black americans feel at being oppressed for so long.

Police are a bit reactive in their nature. Unless they work in Baltimore. And look what’s happening there.

Not saying don’t change the law. Just that when the deal has already gone bad and the police have already found two of the three suspects.

The point is that these laws are dumb and unnecessary. Sell drugs from stores, and nobody will be "dealing" them.

There will always be drug dealers because not all controlled substances will be made “legal”.

Laws are one thing, the application of them entirely another.
Given the apartheid state of the modern United States, the white female police officer can expect to be paroled within a year and perhaps even recoup her pension given the power of the police unions and the general disdain the white majority has towards the african american community. The text messages show that the police were trying to concoct a story to protect Guyger, since white females are considered sacrosanct in apartheid america.

Secondly, the smears against Joshua Brown have started, even though the so called 'drug' was Marijuana, legal in how many US states now?

    https://www.dallasnews.com/news/crim...ampant-rumors/

And yet his record is not that of a saint.

People with petty crime records do stupid crap.

In any case that Marijuana may be quasi legal for sale in some states but not in the South.

The author of the Root piece has some points but I think he has a bit of glamours ideal of how at least some drug dealing works. First and foremost the Wire aside and or the Godfather let's recall if you are breaking the law especially at a petty level you already earned an F somewhere and often. Second he address none the man's history. Third small time drug deals involve a fair amount of stupid. I say that with some experience after agreeing to give a flatmate a ride to return a favor - two hours in the winter in Iowa (so a way more suck than riding in the south) only to arrive at a small time meth deal involving a gun and accusations of me being a nark. Settled by me paying the balance owed for a flatmate showing up short. So there small time dealer embroiled a person in stupid small drug deal just because he happened to be a decent auto guy who fixed my car and changed the oil - but being the USA it had to have guns. But it gets better. He used the score to fiance a food truck to try and compete with the other one in town that sold to drunk college kids after closing hour. In this the fact he was slowly failing school and drug dealing was a good indicator that he was going to fail at that venture as well. When the guy vanished stiffing all his flatmates for utilities and back rent, we agreed to sell his stuff or take it to cover his arrears, too bad we could not convince the repo guys the food truck was ours and they were mistaken in hauling it away would have paid a fair bit of student debt.

    ----

    so english people should beware
Why? Only non English people swear?

Also frankly given his record and the fact the defense knew about it the cop hired some poor lawyers.

AFAIK fentanyl is used to "cut" cocaine, which there won't be a need for if one can buy pure stuff from local convenience store.

I take four controlled substances that can me up if I take them wrong. They will never be made what you consider “legal”. But I can take them under directions. So can fentanyl. Fentanyl will never be made what you consider “legal”. But you can take it under direction. Won’t stop people from smuggling fentanyl to make a dollar though.

People can themselves up by substances that are readily available in the stores. War on drugs" is costly and pointless for majority of the country - except for certain groups such as organized crime (that gets the monopoly on distribution of high-demand goods and services), police and alphabet agencies that get to gobble up the funding that would otherwise go on something more useful, lawyers and legal firms, big pharma, owners of for-profit prisons, etc.

Sorry dude. They’re not going to knock a pain killer that gives you, in its proper use, a two hour high, off the controlled substances list.

You’re going to have to learn to live with this.

    Didn't work with prohibition.
    Won't work with other drugs.

It's evident by now that the white dominated ruling class of america is conducting a war of genocide against the african american demographic:
    Source: https://www.theroot.com/texas-police...-he-1839002398

It's like the white leadership wants to put all the coloured folks into ovens like their role models in the 3rd reich, but don't have the balls to actually go ahead with it; instead, they'd much rather put racists in uniforms and get them to gun down the black people in their own homes.

Close, but not quite; to the american police force which appears to resemble a white supremacist enforcement paramilitary group, it was because he was black and living in america which made him a threat to the purity and sanctity of white american women and children. The 14 words which these white americans hold as gospel, actually mandates the killing of such perceived threats to society.
