[Solved] DMS Uninstall malfuntioning cant launch game anymore

Issue:
cant launch game anymore
Brief Description:
installed DMS Standalone- game crashed
I uninstalled- game still crashed
what can I do to fix this?

I installed DMS standalone and it didnt work (the workshop version had worked before and I wanted to try the standalone)
so i uninstalled it
but the uninstall failed (completed but didnt do anything)
veryfying the game on steam didnt work either
nor did a complete uninstall

I even tried a reinstall of DMS and a subsequent uninstall
but no luck

at this point I am not even trying to get DMS to work
I just want to be abe to play vanilla or something else again

but the game crashes every time I try to start it
(I see the "made with flash" stuff but after that it crashes, even before the "works with amd")

since the uninstaller.exe was still lingering in the folder I even tried deleting everything exept folders in the \common\Total War SHOGUN 2 folder
veryfication saw the uninstaller.exe vanish but nothing more


I have several dumps in .mdmp format (I cant attache them for some reason tho) (attached 4 files as 7zip archive shogun2_5934_crash_2019.7z)
But I cannot read them since my programs ony output garbeldygook

what files are altered by DMS?
And what can I do to restore the game to its original state?

I would be very thankful for any help I just want to play Shogun again D:

I contacted SEGA support and thy checked stuf with me
and as it turns out
It was the Steam Beta all along

I am actually dissapointed that something like that made such a huge mess out of the game

So If you have a similar Problem
Maybe try opting out of the Steam Beta
