DAVE not updating? Remember to opt into beta on Assembly Kit!
Trying to update personal startpos mod to work with 1.3, which isn't working because (despite unistalling/deleting/reinstalling the assembly_kit and all raw_data), the version that DAVE is showing has the unpatched files in xml/extracted form. I can view and compare to the patched files which are viewable with PFM, but when BOB does its bit on our startpos it includes the un-updated db files
Result is particularly noticeable for Huang Gai (2nd general with Sun Jian) who should have turned into a Vanguard, but just comes out as a slightly confused captain...
Thread title changed - after hours trying to figure out the problem, worked it out 5mins after posting!
REMEMBER - when opting into beta patch for main game, you need to separately opt into same patch on the Assembly Kit
