    Default Trading with enemies

    Hi

Is there a way of forbidding trade with enemies ? When your status is at war with another faction, they would refuse any trade rights and would not deal with any other enemy faction (even other AI factions) ?

Or is it possible to have it linked with the factions standings (example if a faction has under -0.4 diplomacy)

Via script or via descr_campaign_ai_db.xml ?

    Thanks

There is no trade between factions at war, or at the least it is greatly reduced. You can see this by the sharp drop in trade income if you go to war with a neighbouring faction.

What's left represents the traders who risk the privateers and other freebooters taking advantage of the war, and smugglers who manage to get through.

Oops you're right ! I was testing with factions only having very bad relations but not At War ...

Is there a way to make that factions having standings below -0.1 not asking for trade rights and always refusing them if asked ? No matter if AI or player controlled ? I don't want factions with poor relations to trade with others.
