I think that usually happens using steam version of the game, at least it seems the case in other mods I've seen. If that's the case, take a look at some tutorial on how to install mods on steam version that aren't download from steam. And btw if you read the description, you can see this mod doesn't support real time battles, that's why there are no screenshots...
Creating a World - Starting Steam mods the easy way - includes link to an 'installer' to rename the file.
This mod will get an update soon. Made all the UI improvements of my 2 most recent mods and remade all portraits, so everything will look much better now. I've also replaced ports strat models, fixed rebels government building (it shall autodrestructed now correctly). Also fixed text for some like/dislike traits that were refering to factions that doesn't exist in the mod. Looking into adding recruitment limitation script. Also going to experiment with different AI/diplomacy.
Hellenika Total War v0.7 RELEASED
This is a big update as a lot of improvements, fixes and corrections were made, both in graphics and code. Also added more scripts like recruitment limitation script for AI, economy script for player, etc. New AI and some new buildings. Overhaul to economy mechanics so the game is more challenging. A lot more stuff.

INSTALLATION:
1- Extract to your Medieval II Total War\mods.
2- Go to the new folder Hellenika_v07 in your Medieval II Total War\mods.
3- Use the "Executable" batch file to launch the mod.
4- Play and have fun.
If the game is opened in a small window do this:
Open Configuration.cfg with a text editor (preferably Notepad++) and you see this part:
[video]
movies = 0
windowed = 1 ## Windowed mode (windowed = 1) is usually more stable
borderless_window = 1
no_background_fmv = 1
show_banners = true
# widescreen = 1
# unit_detail = high
# grass_distance = 9000
Change windowed = 1 to windowed = 0
Then in game options chose the native resolution of your monitor, after that you can change to windowed = 1 again and you'll still have full screen.
How to create a shortcut to launch the mod from your desktop:
- Go to Hellenika_v07 folder, right click on the Executable file and chose "Create shortcut" and move the shortcut to the desktop.
- Copy/paste the icon that is also in Hellenika_v07 folder to the desktop.
- Right click on the shortcut you created, chose properties and "Change icon...", then chose "Browse..." and then chose Desktop, you should have the icon there, just chose the icon.
- Rename your shortcut to whatever you want, for example: Hellenika TW
- You can now lauch the mod always from your desktop.

Reuploaded the file with the races text corrected. It was talking about Panathenaic Games but that were experiences I was making and then completely forgot about it. So if you had already downloaded it and don't care about that small thing no worries.
