Between trade ship caps, and those prices you may as well delete your navy.
Lord Davn~ The idea was to help keep the AI focused on the land battles and slow down to exponential economic growth from all of the trade routes being exploited by the Major factions.

"Therefore I am not in favour of raising any dogmatic banner. On the contrary, we must try to help the dogmatists to clarify their propositions for themselves. Thus, communism, in particular, is a dogmatic abstraction; in which connection, however, I am not thinking of some imaginary and possible communism, but actually existing communism as taught by Cabet, Dézamy, Weitling, etc. This communism is itself only a special expression of the humanistic principle, an expression which is still infected by its antithesis – the private system. Hence the abolition of private property and communism are by no means identical, and it is not accidental but inevitable that communism has seen other socialist doctrines – such as those of Fourier, Proudhon, etc. – arising to confront it because it is itself only a special, one-sided realisation of the socialist principle."

If I played this MOD on VH/VH would I be missing out on anything that the mod has to offer.
The recommended settings are shown below. Higher settings for Campaign Difficulty will make your allies turn on you and fight everyone. The Battle difficulty increases the AI stats, Hard is a good setting for a challenge, Very Hard makes the AI units into supermen
Is there any way to have Brans submod but with NTW3 original spacing between men in lines and original fatigue? Because I like what he did but I really prefer the more realistic formations and fatigue.

His stats & his mod, Bran will have to answer that ?
Any word on a 9.2 version?
I am working on this now. But the format is different from the last version. They keep changing it. Need feedback from Lord Davn about this.
Alright, thanks for quick reply. For now will be playing 9.0.
Hi, would it be possible for you to make a version for singleplayer custom battle ai? I'm too lazy to do a campaign rn so I just want do some small battles. The AI is completely atrocious, it also spawns in columns.
Use the Play Battle feature (bottom of list) on the campaign selection menu. We've made improvements to the battle AI by eliminating the blob and adding updated group_formation files. The AI does ah better job now of organizing it units to do battle and there's the option to invite friends for online MP Battles.
So am I best off using NTW3 9.3 without this submod, or NTW3 9.1 with this submod?
Is blobbing an issue still in NTW3 9.1 with the submod?
Thanks!
Lord Wesley fixed the blob issue for the current NTW3_v92 so it's your option if you want to add Bran's submod

UPDATED TO 9.3
So I've been playing around with the pack files and I find it makes a huge difference if you use Bran's fix and remove the fog of war mechanic. It seems to really confuse the AI. Personally, I never really liked this feature even in multiplayer - I don't think it adds very much to gameplay, and it detracts considerably from realism (why wouldn't you be able to see a huge enemy unit right in front of you?). Maybe I'm in the minority though; I admit it's probably impossible to make the FOW less extreme in Napoleon.
Anyway, it seems like it would be easy enough in future mod versions to remove this feature entirely for just the single-player campaign mode, since it adds so much to the experience. Until and unless that happens though, it's easy enough to fix yourself with Pack File Manager: download Bran's modded db file, then open it in PFM; open the 'db' directory, scroll down to the 'unit_stats_land_tables' directory, then open the 'unit_stats_land_ntw3' file. Scroll right until you see the 'can_stalk' ability column. In NTW3, most units have this as 'true'. Simply uncheck the boxes for all units EXCEPT those in the 'inf-skirm' category, near the bottom. Copy-pasting the 'false' value is the easiest way I think.
NB: I don't think this will affect multiplayer as this particular file is in a separate campaign folder, but I haven't checked so you may want to back up the db.pack beforehand if you want to switch to multiplayer. I also highly recommend Napoleon Total Flags or another flag mod to enhance the SP experience.
Hi, I am trying to install it and I thought it worked, but I do not see the Pack/Europe part of the folder in 9.3. Also, I do not know how to overwrite the files. Can you please help me? I really want to play this mod. Thank you.
