    It get's even more frustrating when the original db.rar for the v8.6 is faulty now as well.

    We archive the older NTW3 mods to eliminate confusion when new NTW3 mods are released. The updated campaign version will be out shortly.

    I can't wait! I was restless, and looked into editing the upkeep values in the ntw3_land_units table, so that I could run with larger armies.

    I went to grab Bran's old reduced upkeep version from 2017, to copy his values, and found them to be the same as 8.7.

    Huh? Is there another table that upkeep costs can be changed by? A multiplier value somewhere? OR has Lordz already made upkeep costs lowered already since then, and I just missed the entry in the changelog?

    Also, do we have a copy of Alb's 80 unit UI on hand somewhere?

    The unit cost and upkeep are in the unit_stat_land tables. These have been balanced for quality and quantity of cav & inf units. Larger more well trained units come with a higher price as those soldiers received better training & pay. The NTW3 campaign map has been updated so major recruitment regions have gunsmiths or factories which reduce the cost of infantry & artillery units. Tech research also has benefits to reduce costs. The level of play (normal, hard, ultra hard) gives a bonus to the AI which reduces their unit recruitment cost. These tables have also been modified for the NTW3 campaign game.

    That's encouraging.
    So does this mean that I could already increase army limits up to 80 without bankrupting nations with upkeep costs?

    edit: Ah, I see the changes in campaign_variables and campaign_difficulty_handicap_effects tables now.

    Working on it, just need to update the British unit cards for the corrected 1805 uniforms that Lord Uxbridge did for the campaign

    It will be more of a patch for the campaign that fixes some of the prior bugs and a few additions.
    We've updated the Prussian roster and fixed the issue with their Military Academy recruitment.
    Also added level 5 Culture buildings for the Spanish & Ottoman factions.

    but when i play the 1805 single player campaign, the bai still form up in a "blob". is the ottoman campaign running a different bai?
    Looking very much forward to the update of the bran mac sub mod!!!!

    Yes, I just tried to play a 8.7 campaign without Bran's AI mod, and my first battle was with the legendary Kutsov marching over to France with a 6 unit army, and then blobbing in wait like a fat duck on the battlefield. I logged out of that BS. Gonna have to wait for Bran of just give up and stick to online play only.

    I'd assume Levan's campaign must be using 8.6..

    NTW3 developers never fixed the AI blob mess. It is the only Napoleon mod that I have experience it in. Live2sculpt you should my "realism version Of Bran DMN edits for Darthmod- post #16 it will give you the "flavor" of NTW3 without the blob thing

    Anyone know if this will brake if i play with 40 unit stacks? What i mean is are there any known side efekt from playing with 40 unit stacks?

    Okay so it seems like the save get corrupted when i try to edit it bacause after changing armies to 40 and navies to 30 i just get CTD when trying to lode the edited save.
