Question about unit movement speed

In my new Suebi campaign, I just noticed that the movement speed value for both Skutjanz and Sakutones (Germanic archers) is shown as 4 in the unit stats display, but the little bar next to the numeric value is a little longer in the case of the Sakutones. Is this a case of the Sakutones actually being a little faster due to the speed value actually being a floating point value that just gets truncated / rounded to the nearest integer value, or do they both have exactly the same speed, and this is just a minor display glitch?

The value is actually different, just the UI only displays integers unfortunately.
